Shipping Policy
You’ve either chosen us or are considering doing business with us and we wanted to let you know that we appreciate your business. So much so that we are constantly on the watch to ensure that you get the best prices on or off-line for what you purchase from us.
When you shop, do not stop at the product price. Move one step forward and wrap in the price of shipping, THEN consider us versus the market. Our goal is for you never have a reason to leave and one of the top reasons beyond convenience and our focus on your comfort is price.
Our products include FREE ground shipping via UPS (after we receive payment and depending upon your location) in discreet packaging for our customers in most locations and for most products. If we need to ship your item from two different facilities, you will receive more than one package. We do this so that we do not delay one package while we wait for another. While we don’t expect delays, our goal is to deliver your orders as soon as we possibly can. There are no handling fees on most orders in our store. If there is an exception, you will be notified of it before your order is complete.
With every order you make online with you will receive a tracking number; you can go directly to UPS’ website and check your order delivery or check it at our website at this link. If you order by phone or mail, we will call you with your order tracking number to follow up; we never want you to be in the dark.
